We had a general idea of what we wanted, but needed help from professional designers. Stephanie and Cinthya came through in a big way and gave us exactly what we needed throughout the entire design process. They created multiple options for how we could make the best use of our space and were extremely open and honest about the pros and cons of each option. The price range of each option was very clear which helped us keep an eye on our budget from the start. After we chose the general layout, they recommended various tile and color combinations and, while all the combinations were gorgeous, one jumped out as a perfect fit. We were super impressed with how they used rendering software to help us make decisions during the design process and give us realistic images of what the final product would look like so there were no surprises. Chris and his team were extremely professional and did a fantastic job during the construction process. Chris kept us informed about each day's activities and was quick to respond about any questions/concerns during construction and even after the job was done. Philip did a great job with the plumbing and Danery was as thorough a painter as we've ever seen. Not unexpectedly, during demolition some water seeped through and left a small stain on the first floor ceiling. The Bath Shop didn't hesitate to repaint the entire first floor ceiling to not only repair the stain, but also ensure an even finish with no discoloration. Overall, we are so glad we chose The Bath Shop for our project and couldn't be happier.
